"Premium costs too much and the billing is frustrating"
I tried LinkedIn Premium for a month after a friend recommended it, i expected more for the price. It’s not terrible, but for what you actually get, it felt way too expensive to justify keeping it.
The billing process was the most frustrating part. I thought I had cancelled before the next charge, but then I got billed again, and it wasn’t very clear what happened. Even finding where to manage the subscription felt more complicated than it should be.

I reached out to support, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really solve anything. At this point, I don’t see myself using Premium again unless they make the pricing and billing much easier to deal with.

"Support was slow when my account got restricted"
I use linkedin for work things and staying in touch with old contacts, so it was frustrating when my account got restricted right after I changed some info. The notice didn’t say a lot, just told me to verify, which made whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be.
Support did get back to me eventually, but it took few days and the first reply felt kind of copy-pasted. I did get my access back, so it wasn’t disaster, but I wish they made the process clearer and little less stressful.

I’ve used it to find work opportunities and keep in touch with old coworkers. It feels good to have a place where professional connections can stay respectful and useful, especially when people are trying to help each other move forward

"Wish I hadn’t relied on LinkedIn so much for job hunting"
I’ve been using LinkedIn to look for jobs, i kind of regret depending on it as much as I have. A lot of the listings feel outdated or like they’ve already been filled by the time I see them. I also keep getting recommendations that don’t really match what I searched for, which makes the whole process feel messy. It can be helpful here and there, but most days it just leaves me frustrated

LinkedIn Q&A

Why won't linkedin tell me when inmails are not opened. instead this information which they can easily reveal, they hide. they could be embarrassed as to how few inmails are actually opened. i feel it could be less than 50% opened.

“For the same reason they don't directly respond to user questions that challenge assertions made regarding an account restriction or suspension. Unless specific community standard violations can be substantiated regarding abuse, it is nothing more than capricious rhetoric to discriminate. There is nothing in state or federal law that prohibits receiving 'unwanted' communications. In order for any correspondence to be deemed 'offensive', it must meet exacting standards which the Linked in standards clearly do not address.”
